Community Service

At Williams Lake Smiles, we are committed to staying involved and making a positive impact in our local community.

Through educational talks and oral health seminars, we work to teach others about the benefits of proper health and oral maintenance. We also actively support a local youth soccer team each year in the Williams Lake Soccer Association.

In addition, at Williams Lake Smiles, we know it is our social responsibility to help protect the environment. We have adapted several environmentally friendly and sustainable dental techniques to dramatically reduce waste. For one example, our practice only uses digital X-ray machines which work to reduce radiation exposure and eliminate the need for the caustic chemicals required for the development of older X-ray prints.

We are also proud to have received the 2011 Accessibility Award of Merit for our efforts to increase the accessibility of our practice to individuals with a broad range of disabilities.
