Your office was the least clinical dental office I have visited. I was greeted promptly and made to feel welcome immediately. Many clinics and offices have a policy on customer service, but your office seems to have taken that to the next step, yours seems to have a culture of excellent customer service. From the receptionist to the hygienist and on to Dr. W, I was treated with respect, dignity and extensive. I related the experience to my wife later as the difference between shopping at the apple store or any other store. They both may sell similar products but one is vastly superior in how it treats its customers. Your office has brought that experience to the field of dentistry. Thank you.
