Dear valued patients of Williams Lake Smiles,
Greetings to patients and friends of Williams Lake Smiles!
COVID Patient Protocol
Our staff at Williams Lake Smiles are following careful safety protocol to keep our patients, team, and community safe at all times.
There are a few things that we are asking of you, our patients, as well:
-Please do not arrive early for your appointment time as we may not be able to accommodate you in our waiting room area. We are doing our best to limit your contact with others during your time in our clinic. If we are running ahead of schedule, we will call you to come in sooner.
-Due to our small waiting area, please do not bring any extra family members with you to your scheduled appointment.
-When you do arrive for your scheduled time, please wait in the front boot room for direction from a member of our team for entry protocol. If there is already another person in that boot room, please wait outside the front door until one of our team members can bring you in and allow appropriate social
distancing.
-We are not currently allowing anybody in the office unless you have a scheduled appointment time. Please call or email the office if you would like to book an appointment or have questions about upcoming appointments, treatment, or billing.
-All people entering the clinic must wear a mask as per the current mandate from the BC provincial health minister (August 25, 2021).
-Upon arrival for your scheduled appointment, we will go through a verbal COVID screening questionnaire, take your temperature, and have you use hand sanitizer before entering the waiting room or treatment areas.
Thank you for your continued patience as we navigate through the changing protocols, heavy workloads, and COVID limitations.
Sincerely,
Dr. Rudy Wassenaar and the team at Williams Lake Smiles
